Bio-Peel Refresher R720 30min
Lunch time peel removes outermost dead skin cells, revealing brighter, fresher skin. Recommended for all skin types. Aesthetician will choose between Glycolic, Salicylic or Lactic acid.
Bio-Peel Brightener R880 30min
Enlighten and resurface the skin with a high boost of antioxidants. Recommended for pigmentation, uneven skin tone, fine lines and scarring. Aesthetician will choose between Vitamin C, Glutathione or Tranexamic Acid.
Mesoestetic
Meso-De Pigmenting Peel R900 30min
Used for pigmentary imperfections such as epidermal pigmentation, sun spots, freckles, dull skin and scarring. Aesthetician will choose between Phytic, Azelaic, TCA and/or Tranexamic acid.
Meso-Cosmelan Peel POR 30min
Deep dermal pigmentation such as Melasma and Chloasma can be hard to treat and recurs often due to environment or hormones. The cosmelan treatment course has 4 phases whereby we address each type of pigmentation to ensure long lasting results of de-pigmenting the most stubborn pigmentation. This is a one-and-done type of peel.

Includes 1 resurfacing ingredient and 1 rebuilding ingredient. Ideally for rejuvenation, texture improvements and product absorption. Downtime: 1-2 days minimal redness.
Bio-Gold Standard Microneedling R1500 30min
Includes 2 resurfacing ingredients and 2 rebuilding ingredients. Ideally for fine lines, hyperpigmentation, & PIH/PIE scarring. Downtime: 2-4 days flaking skin.
Meso-Depigmenting Microneedling R1800 30min
Reduces pigmentation production using specialised ingredients such as Tranexamic acid, Glucosamine, Vitamin C and Idebenone. This combination unifies the skin tone.

What is the Mesoestetic Cosmelan Peel?

The Cosmelan Peel is a professional depigmentation treatment designed to reduce dark spots and hyperpigmentation on the skin. It is known for its effectiveness in treating melasma, sun spots, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Key ingredients include:

  • Azelaic Acid: Inhibits tyrosinase and reduces melanin production.
  • Kojic Acid: Lightens skin by blocking melanin production.
  • Phytic Acid: Exfoliates and has antioxidant properties.
  • Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C): Brightens the skin and provides antioxidant protection.

Arbutin: Inhibits melanin synthesis.

The Cosmelan Peel is suitable for individuals with various types of hyperpigmentation, including melasma, age spots, and sun spots. It is effective for all skin types and tones.

Redness, peeling and sensitivity subside within 7 days, however prolong peeling can occur and continue up to 14 days.

It's also important to be realistic and consider that your pigment will probably return, but less so if you continue a regular maintenance home including diligent SPF daily (I reccomend a daily pigmented SPF 50+ - my favourite is Melan 130). Make sure you are using enough SPF.18 Feb 2024
