At Amaranthine Aesthetics, we can help correct your pigmentation by understanding the underlying causes and factors that affect it. Our comprehensive treatment plans address all types of pigmentation issues, including:
With our expert knowledge and personalized approach, we aim to restore your skin's natural tone and beauty.
We use specialized chemical peels that target hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and uneven skin tone. It works by exfoliating the top layers of skin, promoting cell renewal, and reducing the appearance of pigmentation irregularities. It has powerful ingredients that inhibit melanin production and accelerate skin cell turnover, effectively diminishing the appearance of age spots, sunspots, and melasma. Promotes a more uniform complexion by addressing uneven pigmentation.
A depigmenting serum from Mesoestetic is applied to the skin. Microneedling creates channels that allow the serum to penetrate more deeply and effectively. These serums contain active ingredients that target melanin production and reduce pigmentation, including tranexamic acid, kojic acid, azelaic acid, and other melanin-inhibiting agents.

The Cosmelan Peel is a professional depigmentation treatment designed to reduce dark spots and hyperpigmentation on the skin. It is known for its effectiveness in treating melasma, sun spots, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Key ingredients include:
Arbutin: Inhibits melanin synthesis.
The Cosmelan Peel is suitable for individuals with various types of hyperpigmentation, including melasma, age spots, and sun spots. It is effective for all skin types and tones.
Redness, peeling and sensitivity subside within 7 days, however prolong peeling can occur and continue up to 14 days.
It's also important to be realistic and consider that your pigment will probably return, but less so if you continue a regular maintenance home including diligent SPF daily (I reccomend a daily pigmented SPF 50+ - my favourite is Melan 130). Make sure you are using enough SPF.18 Feb 2024
